Denison University, located in the quaint town of Granville, Ohio, is a private liberal arts college approximately 30 miles east of Columbus. Founded in 1831, the institution offers a scenic campus characterized by its historical and contemporary architecture, nestled within a hill overlooking the town. The college promotes a rigorous academic environment with a diverse range of majors, with particularly strong programs in communications and economics. Denison maintains a selective admissions process, providing residential experiences as it requires students to live on campus for the entirety of their undergraduate tenure, contributing to a close-knit and engaged academic community.
