Missouri State University-Springfield, established in 1905, is a public institution located in Springfield, Missouri, approximately 166 miles southwest of St. Louis. The university's campus is characterized by its traditional collegiate architecture with modern facilities, including residence halls that accommodate a considerable portion of the student body.
