Overview

Oklahoma State University-Main Campus, located in Stillwater, approximately an hour's drive from both Oklahoma City and Tulsa, offers a distinct blend of public research university opportunities with a historic land-grant foundation established in 1890. Characterized by its red brick and limestone Georgian architecture, the university's setting provides a traditional collegiate atmosphere. With a wide array of undergraduate and graduate programs, OSU is particularly recognized for its comprehensive engineering, agricultural sciences, and business programs. While the university has an inclusive admissions policy, the selectivity of specific programs may vary. In the most recent statistical year 19,117 prospective students applied, and 13,503 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 4,643 enrolled in the school.  20,219 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 5,153 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $5,417 plus fees of $4,817.
