Minnesota State University-Mankato (MSU-Mankato) is a public institution established in 1868, located approximately 85 miles southwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul. The university serves as an educational hub in Southern Minnesota and occupies a campus known for its blend of traditional collegiate and modern architectural styles. Offering a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, MSU-Mankato is particularly recognized for its strong emphasis on research in engineering and its well-regarded programs in education and business.
