The University of New Orleans (UNO), situated on the southern shore of Lake Pontchartrain in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, offers students an urban college experience in proximity to the cultural and economic hub of the Gulf Coast. Established in 1958, UNO is a public research university that has grown into a prominent educational institution offering a wide array of undergraduate and graduate programs.
