Established in 1922, Midwestern State University (MSU Texas) is a public liberal arts college located in Wichita Falls, Texas, approximately two hours northwest of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Reflecting its commitment to the liberal arts tradition, MSU Texas offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs. The university hosts a diverse academic profile with notable programs in Health Sciences and Business, and it maintains a flexible admissions policy with a moderately selective application process. The campus features a blend of modern and traditional architecture with facilities that support residential living, giving students the option to reside on campus during their studies.
