Immaculata University, located in the small town of Immaculata, Pennsylvania, is a private, Catholic institution known for a rich history that dates back to its founding by the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1920. Situated approximately 20 miles west of Philadelphia, this suburban university offers a picturesque campus that features Gothic architecture and provides students with a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. It maintains a broadly inclusive admissions policy. Among its academic offerings, Immaculata is recognized for its programs in nursing, psychology, and business. The university offers residential living with campus housing available to students. While Immaculata engages in NCAA Division III athletics, it does not have a singular focus on sports.
