Harvey Mudd College (HMC), founded in 1955, is a private institution located in Claremont, California, approximately 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. This liberal arts college specializes in engineering, mathematics, computer science, and the physical and biological sciences. With a campus distinguished by contemporary architecture, Harvey Mudd fosters a close-knit academic community and emphasizes a strong foundation in the STEM fields within a liberal arts context.
