Limestone University is a private liberal arts institution located in Gaffney, South Carolina. Established in 1845, the university occupies a suburban setting approximately 50 miles southwest of Charlotte, North Carolina. Embodying a blend of traditional southern architecture, the campus features a range of historic buildings and modern facilities. Limestone offers undergraduate and graduate degrees across various fields, with an emphasis on programs in business, education, and the social sciences. The university enacts a moderately selective admissions process. On-campus living is an integral part of the Limestone experience, with residence halls and apartment-style housing available to students.
