Oglethorpe University, chartered in 1835 and located in Atlanta, Georgia, stands as a private liberal arts institution with a diverse undergraduate population. The campus is noted for its Gothic architecture, particularly evident in the grandeur of Oglethorpe's iconic Gothic Revival centerpiece, Lupton Hall. Set on a 100-acre campus just a few miles north of downtown Atlanta, Oglethorpe offers students an intimate educational setting within a major urban area. The university maintains a broad range of undergraduate programs with particular strengths in business administration and psychology.
