Overview

Roanoke College, founded in 1842 and situated in Salem, Virginia, is a private liberal arts college known for its commitment to undergraduate education. The campus showcases Gothic Revival architecture and hosts a student body that is housed primarily in residence halls on its scenic suburban grounds. Located approximately eight miles from Roanoke city, it provides students with a blend of small-town charm and access to urban amenities.
