Mercy College

Overview

Mercy College is a private institution nestled in Dobbs Ferry, New York, with its main campus set against the picturesque backdrop of the Hudson River and within proximity to Manhattan. Established in 1950, Mercy College offers a broad spectrum of undergraduate and graduate programs, with notable emphasis on business, health professions, and education. The college upholds a non-competitive admissions process, aiming to offer access to higher education for a diverse student body. It features a modern suburban campus environment, the architecture of which includes contemporary facilities designed to support its academic and extracurricular endeavors. In the most recent statistical year 7,891 prospective students applied, and 6,775 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 929 enrolled in the school.  5,911 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 2,704 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $20,518 plus fees of $840.
