Albion College, nestled in the quaint town of Albion, Michigan, is a private liberal arts institution established in 1835. Approximately 100 miles west of Detroit, this college offers a traditional residential undergraduate experience, with most students residing on campus in a variety of housing options, including dormitories and apartments. Albion is characterized by its historical architecture, which reflects a blend of classic and modern styles across its 574-acre campus, fostering an inviting academic environment. The college maintains a holistic admissions approach, being moderately selective with a focus on a strong academic record, extracurricular involvement, and personal character. Known for its emphasis on the liberal arts, Albion offers popular programs in the natural sciences, business, psychology, and the Prentiss M. Brown Honors Program.
