Overview

Indiana Institute of Technology, commonly known as Indiana Tech, is a private university located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, within close proximity to the vibrant city of Indianapolis. Since its establishment in 1930, Indiana Tech has been providing career-focused programs, with an emphasis on engineering and computer sciences among its offerings. The university is characterized by its urban campus, which fosters a modern atmosphere amidst historic architecture, including the iconic Cunningham Business Center. With an array of undergraduate and graduate degrees, Indiana Tech is known for a moderately selective admissions process. On-campus living is provided through residence halls and apartment-style housing options, accommodating a significant portion of the student body. In the most recent statistical year 5,323 prospective students applied, and 3,442 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 515 enrolled in the school.  1,901 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 694 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $29,064 plus fees of $496.
