McKendree University is a private institution in Lebanon, Illinois, founded in 1828, making it the oldest college in the state. With a campus highlighted by 19th-century architectural elements, the university offers a serene setting amidst its historical buildings and modern facilities. Located approximately 25 miles from St. Louis, Missouri, McKendree provides students with a blend of rural tranquility and access to urban opportunities.
