Young Harris College

Overview

Young Harris College, located in the small town of Young Harris, Georgia, offers a unique educational experience nestled in the scenic Appalachian Mountains. Established in 1886, this private liberal arts college maintains a Methodist affiliation and emphasizes a robust liberal arts curriculum. In the most recent statistical year 1,990 prospective students applied, and 1,538 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 279 enrolled in the school.  893 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 618 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $29,700 plus fees of $1,205.
