Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWIT) is a public technical institute located in Kirkland, Washington, nestled on a picturesque campus just minutes from Seattle. Established in 1949, LWIT has evolved from a vocational school to a comprehensive institution offering bachelor?s and associate degrees, certificates, and continuing education across a multitude of programs. Notably, LWIT is recognized for its robust offerings in STEM fields, healthcare, culinary arts, and design. The campus does not provide housing, reflecting its commitment to commuter and non-traditional students.
