Overview

Trevecca Nazarene University, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a private Christian liberal arts college affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene. Founded in 1901, Trevecca offers a campus marked by Victorian architecture and extends across 90 acres just a mile from the bustling downtown district of the state capital. A comprehensive institution, Trevecca is known for programs in education, management, and music, with a broad spectrum of undergraduate and graduate degrees. Residential facilities are available, and a significant portion of the student body resides on campus. In terms of selectivity, Trevecca has a competitive admissions process. While not primarily recognized for its athletic programs, the university competes as the Trevecca Trojans in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference for those sports in which it participates.

In the most recent statistical year 1,658 prospective students applied, and 1,175 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 378 enrolled in the school.  2,509 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 818 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $27,300 plus fees of $900.
