Point Park University

Overview

Point Park University is a private institution established in 1960, situated in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It offers a dynamic urban campus setting within the Golden Triangle, where students live and study against the backdrop of a major cosmopolitan city. Renowned for its Conservatory of Performing Arts, the university also provides a diverse range of programs including business, communications, and education. In the most recent statistical year 6,033 prospective students applied, and 4,950 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 559 enrolled in the school.  2,340 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 948 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $34,880 plus fees of $1,740.
