Montana State University (MSU), situated in Bozeman, Montana, is a public research institution established in 1893. Bozeman offers a picturesque college setting nestled in the Rocky Mountains, approximately 90 miles north of Yellowstone National Park, granting unique opportunities for research and outdoor recreation. MSU is recognized for its strong emphasis on engineering, agriculture, and its notable research in optics and photonics.
