Overview

Copiah-Lincoln Community College (Co-Lin), located in Wesson, Mississippi, is a public, two-year institution that emphasizes a blend of vocational training and traditional academics. Founded in 1928, Co-Lin occupies a rural campus setting approximately 45 miles south of the state capital, Jackson. Known for its range of associate degree programs, the college is particularly recognized for its nursing and allied health sciences courses. Copiah Lincoln Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  1,801 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 1,000 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $3,200 plus fees of $400.

Copiah Lincoln Community College is designated as a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) and receives federal grants supporting the school's efforts to serve low and middle-income Black Americans.
