Overview

Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, situated in Winona, approximately 120 miles southeast of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, benefits from the scenic bluffs of the Mississippi River Valley. This private Lasallian Catholic institution, founded in 1912, is characterized by its diverse range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, emphasizing the liberal arts in many of its disciplines. In the most recent statistical year 1,071 prospective students applied, and 1,037 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 215 enrolled in the school.  2,728 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 1,405 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $40,520 plus fees of $630.
