Maine Maritime Academy, located in the coastal town of Castine, Maine, is a public college focused on maritime training and education. Established in 1941, the academy sits on a picturesque campus overlooking the Penobscot River, catering to those interested in the fields of engineering, management, science, and transportation. It offers a rigorous academic profile with a moderately selective application process.
