Overview

Founded in 1898, Friends University is a private non-denominational Christian institution located in Wichita, Kansas, offering a blend of traditional liberal arts education and professional programs. Situated on a picturesque campus marked by Gothic Revival architecture, notably the historic Davis Administration Building, Friends University provides a scenic environment that contrasts with its urban setting. In the most recent statistical year 1,620 prospective students applied, and 1,025 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 265 enrolled in the school.  1,067 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 657 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $31,172 plus fees of $640.
