Overview

Butler Community College, located in El Dorado, Kansas, is a public institution that has been serving students since its establishment in 1927. Situated approximately 30 miles east of Wichita, the campus offers a quintessential college setting, encompassing a combination of contemporary and traditional architecture, including facilities designed to enrich student learning and training. Butler Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  2,781 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 3,916 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $2,908 plus fees of $1,302.
