Located in the small town of Weed, California, and nestled at the base of Mount Shasta, College of the Siskiyous offers a scenic campus setting that mirrors its emphasis on outdoor and environmental education. Established in 1957, this public community college serves students with a variety of associate degree and certificate programs, with a particularly strong focus on fire science due to the area's natural forestry and fire ecology.
