Kilgore College is a public community college located in Kilgore, Texas, within close proximity to the larger city of Longview and less than two hours? drive from Dallas. Established in 1935, the college offers a variety of academic programs with notable emphasis on associate degrees and certificates in fields such as the performing arts, health sciences, and industrial technologies. The architecture of the campus is traditional, with facilities structured to support its diverse academic pursuits. While Kilgore College maintains an open admissions policy, certain programs may have more competitive entry requirements. On-campus housing is available to accommodate students wishing to live within the college environment.
