Overview

Piedmont Technical College, located in Greenwood, South Carolina, is a public, two-year educational institution providing a variety of associate degree programs, diplomas, and certificates. Established in 1966, it serves the seven-county Upper Savannah Region and has additional campuses within these counties. The main campus in Greenwood exudes a welcoming environment and has facilities geared towards hands-on learning and technical training. Piedmont Technical College is designated as a Predominantly Black Institution (PBI) and receives federal grants supporting the school's efforts to serve low and middle-income Black Americans.
