Morris College, founded in 1908, is a private, coeducational, historically Black, liberal arts college located in Sumter, South Carolina. It operates under the auspices of the Baptist Educational and Missionary Convention of South Carolina. The college's urban campus is situated within proximity to Columbia, the state's capital, approximately 44 miles west.
