Reading Area Community College (RACC), located in the city of Reading, Pennsylvania, provides a range of associate degree programs, certificates, and training opportunities for its students. Established in 1971, this public, two-year institution emphasizes accessibility and offers a noncompetitive admissions process. The campus, situated on the edge of downtown Reading near the scenic Schuylkill River, is within commuting distance of both the suburban areas and the rural regions of Berks County, as well as being approximately 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
