Overview

Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), established in 1879, is a private institution dedicated to the fine arts and design disciplines. Located in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio, the campus is within a vibrant urban setting, fostering connections to the city's art, design, and business communities. CCAD offers a comprehensive range of majors including Photography, Fashion Design, Animation, and Illustration, with a curriculum designed to promote both artistic skills and entrepreneurship. In the most recent statistical year 776 prospective students applied, and 706 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 227 enrolled in the school.  958 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 14 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $37,650 plus fees of $500.
