Overview

Belmont Technical College, situated in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, is a public two-year institution offering a variety of career-focused programs and transfer degree options. Established in 1971, the college primarily serves the Ohio Valley region, with its campus located approximately nine miles west of Wheeling, West Virginia.
