Fort Berthold Community College

Overview

Fort Berthold Community College is a public tribal community college located in New Town, North Dakota, on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, home of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation. Established in 1973, the college embraces a commitment to tribal culture and heritage, with programs designed to promote higher education among Native American populations. Fort Berthold Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  107 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 65 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $3,600 plus fees of $270.
