Overview

Fulton-Montgomery Community College (FMCC), located in Johnstown, New York, offers an inclusive educational environment approximately 50 miles northwest of Albany. Established in 1963 as a part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, FMCC provides a broad range of associate degree and certificate programs, with notable emphasis on business, liberal arts and sciences, and technology. The college features a moderately selective admissions process. Fulton Montgomery Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  675 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 1,137 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $5,184 plus fees of $678.
