Centenary University is a private liberal arts institution located in Hackettstown, New Jersey, situated in the Skylands Region approximately 50 miles west of New York City. Founded in 1867 as a women's college, Centenary became coeducational in 1988 and currently operates as a comprehensive university. The 42-acre suburban campus features a mix of historic and modern buildings, centered around its traditional academic quad.
