Overview

Rocky Mountain College, situated in Billings, Montana, is a private liberal arts institution with a history that traces back to 1878. It provides students with a picturesque campus set against the backdrop of the nearby Rimrock cliffs. Encompassing approximately 60 acres, the campus architecture is a blend of modern and historical buildings. Known for its aviation program, the college also offers a range of popular majors including Biology, Business, and Education. Rocky Mountain College maintains a moderately selective admissions process for its approximately 1,000 undergraduate students. On-campus living is available, with residential facilities that aim to accommodate most of its student body. While the college does participate in intercollegiate athletics as the Battlin' Bears, it does not primarily emphasize its athletic programs in the context of its overall academic and campus experience.
