Fort Belknap College, located in Harlem, Montana, is a public tribal land-grant community college serving the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, home to the Gros Ventre and the Assiniboine tribes. Established in 1984, it operates as a part of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium, offering associate degrees and certificate programs that emphasize Native American culture, tribal sovereignty, and localized vocational training.
