Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) is a public, two-year technical college located in Rosemount, Minnesota. Founded in 1970, the college occupies a suburban campus approximately 30 minutes south of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, providing a comprehensive educational environment for its diverse student body.
