Washtenaw Community College (WCC), established in 1965, is a public, two-year community college located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, proximate to the dynamic college town atmosphere of the University of Michigan. The campus spans across 285 acres with a blend of modern and traditional architecture, providing a diverse range of academic programs with an emphasis on transfer readiness, career preparation, and workforce development. Notably, the college offers a multitude of occupational training programs, including in-demand fields like nursing, advanced manufacturing, and automotive services. Although WCC maintains an open-door admissions policy, it is selective due to program-specific requirements.
