Harford Community College

Harford Community College is located in Bel Air, Maryland, approximately 30 miles northeast of Baltimore. The 352-acre suburban campus features modern academic buildings and athletic facilities situated among rolling hills and wooded areas. Established in 1957 as a public two-year institution, HCC serves Harford County and surrounding communities with associate degree programs, certificate programs, and workforce development training. The college offers more than 80 programs of study, with notable strengths in nursing, business, and STEM fields, while maintaining transfer agreements with many four-year institutions in Maryland. The campus includes dedicated facilities for nursing education, a performing arts center, and athletic fields that support the Fighting Owls' NJCAA Division I athletic programs.
