Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC), located in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, is a public two-year institution part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Established in 2003 through the consolidation of Prestonsburg Community College and Mayo Technical College, BSCTC offers a variety of associate degrees, diplomas, and certificate programs across its four campuses, with popular areas of study including health sciences, business, and technology.
