Founded in 1892, Greenville University is a private liberal arts institution located in Greenville, Illinois, approximately 50 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri. With a faith-based tradition rooted in the Free Methodist Church, the university emphasizes a Christ-centered educational experience. Situated on a suburban campus distinguished by its red brick buildings, Greenville University offers a variety of undergraduate degrees, with notable programs in digital media, music industry, business management, and education. Greenville University maintains a holistic admissions process that can be described as somewhat selective, taking into account academic achievement, character, and extracurricular involvement.
