Overview

The Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), located in the heart of Los Angeles, California, is an independent architecture school known for its avant-garde approach and emphasis on experimental and innovative design. Established in 1972, SCI-Arc offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs, with a curriculum focused primarily on architectural studies. In the most recent statistical year 513 prospective students applied, and 307 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 28 enrolled in the school.  480 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 27 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $49,490 plus fees of $1,200.
