Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK), located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is a public institution established in 1991 as a result of the merger between Arkansas Vocational-Technical School and Pines Industrial College. Southeast Arkansas College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student. 192 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 706 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $3,000 plus fees of $1,200.
