Diné College, established in 1968 as the first tribally controlled and accredited collegiate institution in the United States, is a public tribal land-grant community college in Tsaile, Arizona. Nestled in the Navajo Nation, the college espouses a serene campus atmosphere influenced by the surrounding landscape of the Chuska Mountains. With a commitment to its culturally rich heritage, Diné College offers a range of academic programs including but not limited to Navajo language and culture, natural resource management, and public health. While the college maintains an open admission policy, aiming to be inclusive for its primarily Indigenous student body, the academic environment is tailored to reflect the Diné philosophy of education. On-campus housing options are available, providing residential students with an opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the college's community and activities. Although Diné College does not have a notable emphasis on intercollegiate athletics, it fosters an environment conducive to the intellectual and cultural growth of its students.

Dine College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  710 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 842 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $1,320 plus fees of $90.
