The college specializes in programs aligned with local workforce demands, including Allied Health, Industrial Safety, Heavy Equipment Operations, and Traditional Inupiaq Studies. Ilisagvik provides both on-campus housing in renovated facilities and distance learning options to serve students across Alaska's remote North Slope communities.
