Overview

Le Moyne College, founded in 1946, is a private Jesuit college located on a suburban campus in Syracuse, New York, and is the second youngest of the 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States. The 160-acre campus, notable for its inviting modern architecture with spacious lawns and contemporary buildings, provides a serene educational environment minutes away from downtown Syracuse. Le Moyne College offers a range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs, with a strong emphasis on liberal arts education. The college is known for its programs in business, education, nursing, and the sciences. Le Moyne has a moderately selective admissions process, balancing a holistic review of applicants with an emphasis on academic rigor. Housing is provided for students with a range of options including traditional residence halls, townhouses, and apartment-style living on campus. While the college supports a variety of NCAA Division II sports teams, known as the Dolphins, it is not predominantly recognized for athletics.

In the most recent statistical year 7,066 prospective students applied, and 5,531 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 604 enrolled in the school.  2,504 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 699 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $36,320 plus fees of $1,130.
