Overview

Millsaps College, located in the heart of Jackson, Mississippi, is a private liberal arts institution that has been serving students since its founding in 1890. The college is distinguished by its Gothic architecture, which adds a historical touch to the 100-acre urban campus. With a strong emphasis on the liberal arts and sciences, Millsaps is particularly known for its Business programs and pre-professional tracks in Health and Law. The institution offers on-campus living options to foster an immersive educational experience. Though selective in its admissions process, Millsaps attracts a diverse group of students from various backgrounds. In the most recent statistical year 2,210 prospective students applied, and 1,499 were granted admission.  Of those admitted 192 enrolled in the school.  647 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 14 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $40,940 plus fees of $2,875.
