Overview

Central Methodist University-College of Liberal Arts & Sciences is a private institution established in 1854 and located in Fayette, Missouri, approximately 25 miles northwest of Columbia. The university occupies a historic campus renowned for its classic collegiate architecture, providing a striking aesthetic for its student body. Central Methodist offers a range of undergraduate programs with notable emphasis on the sciences, music education, and nursing, reflecting its commitment to a comprehensive liberal arts education.
