Overview

Mesa Community College (MCC), founded in 1965, is a public two-year institution located in Mesa, Arizona, a prominent suburb just 20 miles east of Phoenix. It is known for providing a wide array of academic programs including popular majors such as Nursing, Business and Commerce, and the Liberal Arts and Sciences. MCC has a moderately selective application process, aiming to cater to a diverse student body with its open-enrollment policy. Mesa Community College has an open admission policy which permits enrollment by any high school graduate or GED holding student.  4,109 students are enrolled on a full time basis, and 11,663 attend part time. In-state tuition for 2022/2023, excluding room and board, is $2,040 plus fees of $30.
